The Model 2000 lets you take the guess work out of setting a row crop cultivator. All setting are pin adjust. The 14" weeding (barring off, cutaway) discs can be set at 11&#176, 15&#176, 17&#176 or 23&#176 allowing you to fine tune the amount of soil you move away from the plant. The unit is closely coupled to reduce the 3-point lift requirements and has wide parallel linkage to eliminate side play. The linkage incorporates heavy adjustable down pressure springs to pull the row units into the soil and grease less nylatron bearings. Gauge wheels use Chevron tread 16" semi-pneumatic tires and nylon wheels for non-stop performance.

The location of the coulter eliminates the need for trip shanks that other cultivators need, because as coulter rides up over obstacle the sweep follows the coulter not allowing the sweep to catch on the obstacle. The special penetrator sweeps allow for high speed cultivation without the slabbing that knocks down and buries plants. The Model 2000 is designed for Conventional, No-Till, Ridge-Till and High residue Cultivation. Options include 4' and 8" ridgers, anhydrous knives, shields, liquid fertilizer spray attachments, tank trailer hitch and various sweeps.
